Raspberry lemon muffins---yummm

I made these tonight:

These are yummy and healthy. Any fruit will do.
Heres how:
preheat oven to 400 and grease your pans
put half a cup of plain yogurt, 3 Tbs of veg oil, 1 TB of lemon juice, one egg or two egg whites in a bowl and mix. In another bowl, put 1 1/2 cups of flour, 3/4 cup sugar, 2 ts of baking powder, 1/4 ts of salt, 1 ts of lemon zest and mix. Add the wet to the dry and mix in 1 cup of raspberries (I used frozen). Put em in the pans and sprinkle some sugar on top, baby and bake for 15-17 min. You wont regret it. The pic doesn't do justice to how good they are and you can munch em down with out wanting to die after.
